Perinatal Support
The adjustment to becoming a parent for the first, second or fifth time is BIG. It’s a time in your life where to only constant seems to be change.

The rates of perinatal depression and anxiety are increasingly common among new mums and their families. We know from research that the adjustment causes overwhelm and stress.
Counselling can help you move forward and enjoy this stage of your life.
Group Therapy
Groups are known and loved for their ability to reduce isolation and good outcomes. YTC offers various groups throughout the year. If you are interested, please get in touch to learn more and register your interest.

Individual therapy
Through individual therapy, I help clients transition to a place they feel more comfortable. A place they feel more themselves. When you work with me, I take a holistic, individualised approach to our sessions. Over our time together, we’ll journey out the other side of trauma - equipping you with tools to feel more you. My approach is calm and reassuring - I want you to feel supported every step of the way.

Family therapy
This approach brings in the family unit - parents and children. We work through reoccurring patterns, addressing problems and finding feasible solutions. Every family faces challenges and bumps in the road - I am here to make the ride a little smoother.
Supervision
Individual supervision.
Regular clinical supervision can help in your growth and development in your career and isn't just limited to the allied health field.
